Apply for a Grant

The Kate Svitek Memorial Foundation's mission is to provide financial support to individuals, groups, and institutions whose interests and goals align with Kate’s hopes and dreams. To be considered for a grant, each applicant must demonstrate how the use of the funds would be consistent with the Foundation’s mission.

Grants are typically made on a one year basis and range from $500 to $15,000.

Grant recipients are required to submit an evaluation report. This report should include photographs, testimonials and comments from individual participants about the impact of the grant on their lives.

Deadline for grant requests is March 30th
